This policy explains what data Pixicode collects, why, how we use it, and your rights over it. We hold ourselves to GDPR standards globally.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, workspace). Product telemetry (workflow runs, errors, latency). The code and design artifacts you ask us to process. We never collect more than necessary.
How we use it
To run the service, monitor reliability, bill correctly, and improve product quality through aggregated and anonymized analytics. We do not sell data and we do not train shared models on customer content.
Subprocessors
Listed in the Trust Center. We provide 30 days notice before adding any new subprocessor.
Retention
Operational data: 90 days. Audit logs: 1 year (configurable up to 7 years on Enterprise). Deletion within 30 days of account closure.
Your rights
Access, correction, portability, deletion, and the right to object to processing. Email privacy@pixicode.com — we respond within 14 days.
International transfers
EU Standard Contractual Clauses available. EU data residency option on Growth and Enterprise tiers.
