1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Pixicode you agree to these Terms. If you are using Pixicode on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Pixicode provides AI-assisted code generation and workflow orchestration for design systems. The service is provided "as is" subject to the warranties in section 9.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to your code, designs and data. You grant Pixicode a limited license to process your content only as necessary to deliver the service.

4. AI outputs

Outputs generated by Pixicode are yours. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before they enter production. The verifier agent is a safeguard, not a guarantee.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Pixicode to generate harmful, infringing or illegal content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

6. Fees

Fees are described on the pricing page. We may adjust pricing for future renewal terms with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach uncured after 30 days notice. You may cancel at any time from the dashboard.

8. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the service is provided without warranty of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

Neither party will be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes resolved in San Francisco County.
